Phone database damaged: Swalo restores it from the server. Operations not yet sent are kept from v1.6.0.
Illustrative simulation. In the mobile app, working offline: sales, cash, stock withdrawals, customers, receivables, suppliers, debts and, from v1.6.0, loan repayments. Physical counts, invoice creation, stock deliveries, sale cancellation, payroll and, from v1.6.0, the owner's approval require the network.
Sale at a loss
On the web, when an item's price is at or below cost price, your seller is stopped. In the mobile app, with the cost hidden, the sale is refused at sync. From v1.6.0, it stays recorded and reaches the owner as a critical alert. An override takes the owner or, from v1.6.0, someone they authorise, and it leaves a trace. A discount on the whole sale only enters this check, on the web and with the cost hidden, from v1.6.0. Your seller never sees the cost.

When a credit's due date gets close, Swalo sends your customer a reminder on its own, by WhatsApp or SMS. Your team also keeps its follow-up list, before and after the due date. On the Bâtisseur and Empire plans.
